Size Charts

While our underwear runs fairly true to size, I always recommend referring to the size chart. 

MEN

Waist measurement will be the most accurate, using the waist measurement - or jeans size should give you a pretty good fit. 

WOMEN

If you fall between two sizes, like on the border of medium and small, I suggest you go with the larger size.
